Introduction

Welcome to Medol Chauffeur Services (“Medol,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (medol.limo) and all related booking, quote, and communication services.
By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or communicating with Medol, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Medol Chauffeur Services provides licensed, insured, and professional ground transportation for individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the State of Florida.
Our services include (but are not limited to):

  • Executive Airport Transfers

  • Hourly Executive Charters

  • Corporate Account Transportation

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

Advance Bookings 

  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. 

Quotes & Confirmation

  • Quotes are based on trip details provided by the client. Prices may vary depending on traffic, waiting time, nighttime, peak season or route changes. 

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving written confirmation and part/full payment.

Payment & Cancellations

  • A full payment is required during the booking process to secure your ground travel reservation. 

  • Corporate accounts may secure services with a minimum 50% deposit, subject to the terms of their service agreement.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted rate.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear or communicate at the scheduled pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Service Standards

  • We guarantee professional chauffeurs, clean vehicles, and on-time service.
    However, factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures) may affect timing. 

  • In such cases, Medol will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and provide alternatives.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Accurate Information: Providing accurate pickup/drop-off details, dates, and times. Ensuring contact information is correct and available during service.

  • Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Smoking, unruly behavior, or illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.  

  • Damage Liability: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle during the service. Repair costs will be charged to the passenger. 

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Handling: We value your privacy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

Liability Limitation

  • Unforeseen Delays: Medol Chauffeur Services is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic, weather, airline delays, or mechanical issues. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

  • Lost Items: While our chauffeurs make every effort to ensure nothing is left behind, Medol Chauffeur Services cannot be held responsible for personal items that are lost, left, or damaged inside our vehicles.

Changes to Terms

  • Modifications: Medol Chauffeur Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revisions will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date below.
    Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
